Student conduct, complaint, grievance and disciplinary action
For Students complains;
- Students are directed to contact the Head of the Department – Academic issues
- Students may escalate the issue to the Dean of the Faculty – Academic issues
- Students may contact the Deanship of Student Affairs to resolve issues of the code of conduct and grievance
- For other complaints including dissatisfaction with services or decisions, Students are direct to the Deanship of student affairs
