For Students complains :

•  Students are directed to  contact the Head of the Department – Academic issues .
•   Students may escalate the issue to the Dean of the Faculty – Academic issues .
•  Students may contact the Deanship of Student Affairs  to resolve issues of the code of conduct and grievance .

For other complaints including dissatisfaction with services or decisions, Students are direct to the Deanship of student affairs :

• Code of conduct regulation
• Grievance regulation
• Disciplinary action
