For Students complains :

•  Students are directed to  contact the Head of the Department – Academic issues 
•  Students may escalate the issue to the Dean of the Faculty – Academic issues 
•  Students may contact the Deanship of Student Affairs  for complaints, grievances and to resolve issues of the code of  conduct 

For other complaints including dissatisfaction with services or decisions, Students are direct to the Deanship of student affairs :

• Code of conduct regulation
• Grievance regulation
• Disciplinary action
