• Ph.D. in Food Science degree holder.
• Applicants should have earned their degrees from esteemed universities acknowledged by the American University of Madaba.
• Preference will be given to graduates of American or Western Universities.
• Proficiency in the English language is essential.
• Recent research contributions published in respected international peer-reviewed journals.
• Previous teaching involvement required (Assistant level).
• Instruction and communication conducted exclusively in English.
