For Students complains :

•  Students are directed to  contact the Head of the Department – Academic issues 
•  Students may escalate the issue to the Dean of the Faculty – Academic issues 
•  Students may contact the Deanship of Student Affairs  for complaints , grievances and to resolve issues of the code of conduct 

For other complaints including dissatisfaction with services or decisions, Students are direct to the Deanship of student affairs :

• Code of Conduct Regulation 
• Grievance Regulation
• Disciplinary Action
