The Career Guidance and Alumni Office – King Abdullah II Fund for Development at the American University of Madaba is a Non-Profit Office that was founded upon the recommendation of the Jordanian Youth Forum for 2003. The office established in AUM at 2017, with the aim of encouraging creativity and innovation, and produce highly qualified alumni who are capable of realizing their potential. This office seeks to provide students with professional advice and technical consultation in communication skills and job search.

The Student Association at AUM exists for the purpose of bringing students together, helping them acclimate to life at the university, connecting them to other students, and help students develop transferable skills. Through it, students can meet others, grow as individuals, and help find their place at school. The names of the students for the first association at AUM were announced to all on November 21st, 2022, based on the regulations for the “Student Association” at AUM no (12) for the year (2019).

Many students arrive on campus with mental health issues, or they may develop it during their collage years. Since student wellbeing is foundational to academic success, at AUM we provide counseling sessions to our students.

Our psychologist helps the students dealing with complexities of student life and offers an open, safe, and confidential environment to overcome issues that may interfere with their development, well-being, and academic productivity.
