Introduction:

 

This is a collection of frequently asked questions regarding the Study Abroad Program (SAP) at the American University of Madaba (AUM). These questions cover topics, such as how to apply, entry and language requirements, getting a student visa, tuition fees and other costs, the application process and more.

 

 

Student Complaints , Grievances , Conduct , and Disciplinary Actions

For Students complains :

 

  •  Students are directed to  contact the Head of the Department – Academic issues 
  •  Students may escalate the issue to the Dean of the Faculty – Academic issues 
  •  Students may contact the Deanship of Student Affairs  for complaints , grievances and to resolve issues of the code of conduct
