Many students arrive on campus with mental health issues, or they may develop it during their collage years. Since student wellbeing is foundational to academic success, at AUM we provide counseling sessions to our students.

Our psychologist helps the students dealing with complexities of student life and offers an open, safe, and confidential environment to overcome issues that may interfere with their development, well-being, and academic productivity.

We urge students to seek help when:

  • Worrying more than usual .
  • Finding it hard to enjoy your life or feeling lonely.
  • Having low mood or feeling depressed.
  • Having thoughts and feelings that are difficult to cope with.
  • Suffering from substance abuse.
  • Having family or relationship issues.
  • Having study problems which affect your performance like lack of concentration or procrastination.
  • Experiencing sleep disturbance.
  • Interested to find more support or treatment .
  • We work with our students to explore more effective ways of managing the difficulties they may be experiencing

At AUM, we support you to live a healthy, hopeful and meaningful life.
